No obstante, esta historia que suele tomar la forma de lo oficial abunda en lugares comunes, juicios de valor que restringen y excluyen.<\/p>\n

En un recorrido por veinti\u00fan obras e historias \u2014desde el pasado prehisp\u00e1nico hasta nuestros d\u00edas\u2014, encontramos relatos transversales que nacen de una reflexi\u00f3n colectiva y pedag\u00f3gica entre profesores de la Facultad de Artes y Humanidades de la Universidad de los Andes. Las narraciones se orientan a trav\u00e9s de cuatro ejes que componen el libro: identidades, materialidades, migraciones y geograf\u00edas, en los que se abordan temas esenciales para entender la ampl\u00edsima producci\u00f3n del arte en el territorio que hoy llamamos Colombia. Adem\u00e1s, cada tema se entreteje y enriquece con el dise\u00f1o del libro que recupera tipograf\u00edas creadas por dise\u00f1adores locales o inspiradas en las obras de artistas colombianos.<\/p>\n

Este nuevo enfoque ofrece al lector una visi\u00f3n de Colombia m\u00e1s extensa y una idea m\u00e1s completa de c\u00f3mo las sociedades se han relacionado con las obras. En esta ampliaci\u00f3n de las fronteras, del conocimiento y territoriales, el lector se enfrentar\u00e1 a una selecci\u00f3n en la que los autores nos sugieren: \u201cPensar Colombia no como esa rep\u00fablica actual, sino como el apodo de un escenario de acci\u00f3n hist\u00f3rica\u201d.<\/p>\n
